1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "lucky 233" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the lucky 233 online gaming platform accessible at lucky233.net and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a lucky 233 account and uses the platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on lucky 233, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen at registration.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency used for all transactions, balances, bets and winnings on lucky 233.
• "Real Money Balance" means the verified PKR funds deposited by a Player into their lucky 233 account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional PKR credits granted by lucky 233, subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal becomes available.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process conducted by lucky 233 before processing withdrawals or activating full account privileges.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests that lucky 233 restrict or permanently close their account for responsible gaming purposes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use lucky 233, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lucky 233 strictly prohibits use of the platform by any person under the age of 18. lucky 233 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including identity verification checks.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not already hold an existing active lucky 233 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.
• You must not be a director, employee, consultant or agent of lucky 233, nor an immediate family member of such a person, for the purposes of promotional offers and bonuses.

3 Account Registration & Security

Creating a lucky 233 account constitutes your full and binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky 233 login credentials. Under no circumstances should you share your username, password or account access with any third party. lucky 233 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lucky 233 immediately by contacting [email protected]. lucky 233 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All transactions on lucky 233 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky 233 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast instant transfers, and direct bank transfers from major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL and MCB Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your lucky 233 Real Money Balance upon successful settlement by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard. lucky 233 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. lucky 233 targets same-day processing for verified accounts submitting withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. lucky 233 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal of significant value.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings and transaction records on lucky 233 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. Any conversion charges imposed by external payment providers are outside lucky 233's control.

Declined Transactions: lucky 233 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal request that appears fraudulent, is associated with a payment method that does not match the account holder's registered identity, or otherwise raises compliance concerns.

5 Bonus Policy & Promotional Offers

lucky 233 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Pakistan sporting events such as the HBL Pakistan Super League season.

All bonuses granted by lucky 233 are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts arising from bonus play are specified in the individual promotional terms published on lucky 233 at the time the bonus is offered.
• lucky 233 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotional terms explicitly permit combination.
• Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players. lucky 233 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or restrict a player's eligibility for future promotions if, in lucky 233's reasonable assessment, the player is exploiting promotional mechanics rather than using the platform for genuine entertainment.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

lucky 233 offers a range of games including live dealer casino games, jackpot slots, Royal Fishing, Horse Racing, Cockfighting and sports betting markets. Each game or betting market is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section.

All game outcomes on lucky 233 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live event results, as applicable. lucky 233 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

Players are expected to participate in all lucky 233 games in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or other technical errors for personal financial gain is strictly prohibited. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lucky 233. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal referral where appropriate:

• Registering an account while under 18 years of age or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one lucky 233 account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written approval.
• Using the lucky 233 platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with lucky 233 games or betting systems without prior written consent.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

Personal data collected by lucky 233 includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, payment method details, IP address, device information, and gaming and transaction history. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and responsible gaming monitoring.

lucky 233 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and Easypaisa), KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the lucky 233 platform — including but not limited to the lucky 233 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content and software — is the exclusive property of lucky 233 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title or interest in the intellectual property of lucky 233 beyond a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any lucky 233 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of lucky 233 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky 233 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of PKR balance resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to secure your credentials, or loss arising from interruption of service due to technical maintenance or third-party network failures.

lucky 233 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and lucky 233 disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

lucky 233 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lucky 233 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of lucky 233 following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any PKR Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you following KYC verification, subject to these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the lucky 233 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and lucky 233, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of either party raising the matter formally in writing to [email protected], the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Nothing in this clause limits lucky 233's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
